Precautions For Operating A Automatic Oil Press Machine

The automatic oil press machine can process a variety of oils, such as rapeseed, peanuts, sesame, sunflower, flax, soybeans and other more than 20 kinds of oil. There are some precautions in the process of operating the automatic oil press machine to ensure that the equipment does not malfunction. 

1. The oil should be pretreated to the appropriate humidity and temperature before entering the automatic oil press machine. Different oil materials should be treated differently.

2. After the preparation work before pressing, screw the screw shaft to the tightest and then return to 3-4 turns to ensure that there is a certain gap in the cake mouth. Otherwise, the body will burst due to the absence of the cake after the material is fed.

3. At the beginning of the oil press running, the oil press has not been preheated, and the output and oil yield of the oil press are not up to the normal value of the machine. After the machine running for a period of time, the temperature inside the machine reaches 100 degrees. (operator can feel hot while touching the outside of the machine), the output and oil yield of the oil press can reach normal levels. The press temperature can be adjusted depending on the type of oil.

4. If the oil press is shut down for a long time, usually more than one hour, the operator should clean the residual cake inside the machine and then carry out oil production.

5.The operator needs to put the oil cake into the oil press to ensure that there is no raw material inside the squeezer before they shutting down the oil press machine.

The above precautions need to be mastered by the operator to avoid problems during use and affect the oil output rate and service life of the automatic oil press machine.
