Introduction Of Soybean Oil Mill Plant

  
The whole soybean oil mill plant are comprised of the following:

 

　　1.Cleaning, In order to obtain high effective cleaning, ensure good work condition and production stability, high efficient vibration screen was used in the process to separate big and small impurity. Suction type gravity stoner removing machine was applied to remove the shoulder stone and earth, and magnetic separation equipment without power and exhaust system were used to remove iron. Dust removing wind net is installed.

 

　　2.Crusher, crush the soybean into tiny pieces, it good for soft and flaking. Normally, after crusher, the soybean will devide into 4-6 petalS, then the oil is easy to flow out.

 

　　3.softening, soften the bean pieces use softening pot, it can adjust the soybean temperature and moisture, so that it suitable to flaking.

 

　　4.Flaking, damage the oil material cell to ensure thin and uniform flake, with high toughness, it can shorten the oil road, so that the soybean oil is easy to flow out.

 

　　5.Cooking. This process is heating and cooking for soybean which is easy to get oil and can provide the oil quantity from pre-press machine. It is easy to operate and have long life.

 

　　6.Extrusion, using soybean extrusion, can improve the soybean product quality for extraction. It demage the cell of soybean, then improve oil quality, and saving energy.

 

　　7.Solvent extacton. it shall be solvent extracted to get the oil through. During this passage, the solvent will also be recycled, and you can get more oil.

 

　　8.Refinery, there are some gum, fatty acid, odor, bad color, and wax in the oil, the crude oil also can be eat. But by using refining machine to get high quality oil, then you can sell it on high price.

 

　　9.Filling, we have semi-automatic filling equipment and autmatic oil line. you can fill the oil into different bottles, then sell it tothe supermarket.
